Many people experience depression or anxiety at some stage of life and need to come to terms with loss, problems with a relationship or difficulty finding meaning.


Transformational Coaching or Relationship Counselling can assist us with the problems we may encounter and can help us to overcome self-destructive attitudes and behaviour and create more stability in our lives.


Relationships that can benefit from this approach do not even have to be romantic. Business partners, siblings and even best friends may benefit from relationship counselling or Transformational Coaching. Relationship counselling also occurs when two people find that behaviour patterns which have been effective throughout the relationship, are no longer working, and come to realise that they never really worked.


 Working together, we find out what those negative behaviour patterns are, how they arose, and how they can be corrected.
